Full-service MGA will form new division in IMA’s Eydent Insurance Services LLC

(DENVER – July 18, 2024).  ����mv����, a North American insurance brokerage firm specializing in risk management, insurance, wholesale brokerage and wealth management, has announced Michigan-based  as the newest strategic partner within its growing firm. FC Underwriters LLC will become a division of , an IMA company that specializes in providing commercial property and casualty (P&C) alternative risk solutions for specialty niche programs nationwide.

As a program administrator, Eydent provides program management, policy issuance, loss control, claims assistance, program marketing, carrier alignment and all the systems necessary to ensure success for agents and carriers. Eydent represents IMA’s commitment to serving clients with industry-specific risk challenges by building and implementing insurance programs from the ground up.

FC Underwriters LLC, a full-service managing general agent (MGA) with turnkey services that include underwriting and claims administration, will further establish IMA’s presence in the Midwest and incorporate a new partner that already embraces IMA’s client-focused, high-touch approach to helping businesses grow, expand and meet their fullest potential. With over $100m in 2023 premium volume, FC will bring a specialty in small- to medium-sized businesses, emerging markets and allow them to build on their dynamic local presence in the Midwest and bring their expertise to a national level.  as will serve as FC’s financial advisor on the transaction.

• Grand River Insurance Agency: Commercial lines program manager offering a full suite of P&C coverages for small and mid-size businesses through select, elite independent agencies. Grand River Services is also available for claims adjusting services.
• Grand River Services: A division that is specifically designed for complex client claim services.

• Stone Falls Insurance (Stone Falls): Offers commercial lines P&C insurance to specialty classes of small and mid-sized businesses as a program manager, wholesaler and retail agency.
• Bridge Excess Solutions: Full-service program manager for niche excess workers’ compensation programs.
