Industry Leader Brings 15+ Years of HR Experience to Drive Talent Strategy and Culture

(Denver — September 2, 2025) , a North American insurance brokerage specializing in risk management, wholesale brokerage, and wealth management, announced today that Greg Boothroyd has joined the firm as Chief People Officer, effective September 2. 

In this role, Greg will lead IMA’s people strategy, championing a culture of excellence and innovation while focusing on programs and practices that invest in talent, preserve the firm’s core mission, harmonize values and culture, and address the evolving talent needs of the organization.

Boothroyd brings more than 15 years of human resources experience across multiple industries and leadership positions. He most recently served as Vice President of HR Business Solutions and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Vail Resorts. During his seven-year tenure, he played a pivotal role in expanding and integrating the company’s growing network of resorts and employees, both through acquisitions and by redesigning Vail Resorts’ talent acquisition program.
